Offences

A person commits an offence, if in connection with an application for housing, s/he:

• knowingly or recklessly give false information to the Council, or
• knowingly withholds information which the Council has reasonably requested an applicant to provide in connection with the exercise of its functions

A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
