Choice Based Lettings Banding Quotas

Housing Associations notify the Council of potential vacancies and the Council decides which Band a particular property will be available to having consideration for the views of the relevant Housing Association.

The actual number of allocations made to applicants in certain bands is determined by quotas, which are set by the Council on an annual basis. The Council reserves the right to vary these quotas during a year in order to respond to local circumstances.
