Who Do Customers See and When Are Staff Available?

The Department has three Senior Housing Advice Officers who perform a generic role within the Department.  They are all qualified to deal with your enquires.

Staff are available to take your telephone enquiries Monday 8.45am – 5.15pm & Tuesday – Friday 8.45am  – 5pm.

Alternatively you can make an appointment to see a Senior Housing Advice Officer on MONDAYS, THURSDAYS or FRIDAYS 9am – 4pm.

If you are unable to travel to Abingdon, fortnightly surgeries from 9.30am – 12 midday are held at Faringdon and Wantage on alternate Tuesdays
